We are pleased that you have chosen All Saints School to be your partner in educating your child(ren). Please take special notice of application instructions and deadlines.
Basic Age Requirements for Admission are:
Preschool 3 students must be 3 by September 30th and fully toilet trained.
Preschool 4 students must be 4 by September 30th and fully toilet trained.
Pre Kindergarten students must be 5 by December 31st.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 30th.
Steps for Applying:
~ We will begin accepting preregistrations for the 2017-2018 school year from new families at our Open House on Sunday, January 29th.
~ Submit your completed pre-registration application with registration fee to the school office. ($200)
~ Registration does not automatically mean acceptance.
~ Admission is finalized upon completion of all parish requirements and enrollment policies.
Prior to admission into grades 2-8 all students must be interviewed by the principal. Records from previous schools must be provided to All Saints prior to acceptance. (This includes report cards and standardized test results.)
Admission for grades 6, 7, & 8 is normally permitted only to students transferring from a Catholic elementary school. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered. (Students entering Grades 6, 7, & 8 will be given a placement test.)
The following factors will be reviewed when applications are considered:
~ St. John Vianney, St. Noel, St. Justin Martyr, St. Mary Magdalene, St. Bede and Divine Word parishioners will be given priority over non-parishioners.
~ St. John Vianney, St. Noel, St. Justin Martyr, St. Mary Magdalene, St. Bede and Divine Word parishioners transferring from a Catholic school will be given priority over transfers from a public school.
~ Public school transfers will be prioritized based on attendance at parish religious education programs.

Registration Fee and Required Certificates
1. A non-refundable registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. ($200)
2. A COPY of the birth and baptismal certificates is to be presented at the time of registration. Children must be properly immunized before acceptance into school; therefore a copy of the immunization record is also necessary. Report cards, Standardized Test Results and record of IEP and ETR (Evaluation Team Report) are also required.
