Miss Brittany Resar

Picture
Hello, my name is Brittany Resar. I am the new seventh and eighth grade math teacher and seventh grade religion teacher at All Saints. I am excited to be part of the community!

I am originally from Elyria, but I recently moved to Willoughby to be closer to All Saints. I graduated in May from the University of Dayton with a degree in Middle Childhood Education. I completed my student teaching at Van Buren Middle School in Kettering, Ohio, where I taught sixth and seventh grade. Although my student teaching did not end as I expected, I am very thankful for the experience of teaching virtually during my final weeks at Van Buren.

At the University of Dayton, I played intramural volleyball, I was involved with campus ministry, volunteered with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and was a member of the triathlon club. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the piano or violin, going for walks, and spending time with my family and friends.

I hope to encourage my students to have a growth mindset and help them become life-long learners. I look forward to the adventures that this year will bring!
